Before coming to Jakarta, Chef Johnny Rodriguez has already had an impressive track record of working for the top restaurants and hotels in the world. From working in Shanghai, Los Angeles and Washington D.C. to honing his skills in 5-star resorts in Bermuda and Netherland Antilles, Chef Johnny Rodriguez has enjoyed every minute of it!
Born and raised in Los Angeles, Chef Rodriguez has always been open to different foods and cultures. “If it wasn’t for my love and passion of food, I would never have this great opportunity to explore the foods, cultures and people of these different countries that I’ve been to!”
Having owned and operated his own tapas restaurant, Chef Johnny brings to Moya Tapas and Wine Bar his wonderful creations as well as the traditional rustic tapas that we all have come to love and enjoy.
